The conference "International Promotion of Higher Education - Experiences and Challenges" to be held on 23-24 March 2009 will be hosted by the Balassi Institute in Budapest, Hungary. The Institute is near the city center on the Buda side, located on the Gellert hill.

Getting to the Balassi Institute by public transportation:
From the City Centre: take bus nr. 8, 112 or 239 and get off at Meszaros utca. Walk 2-3 minutes on Harkaly or Avar streets to Balassi Institute.
From Buda: take bus 8 or 112 and get off at Avar utca. Walk 2-3 minutes on Avar or Harkaly streets to Balassi Institute.
Getting to the Balassi Institute by car:
From the City Center: cross Elizabeth Bridge, continue on Hegyalja road and take a left at Avar utca that will lead you up to Balassi Institute.
From Buda: take Hegyalja road and turn right at Avar utca that will lead you to Balassi Institute. There is free parking next to the building.
