Project events, such as field trainings, a seminar and a closing conference, are designed for capacity building of Czech, Hungarian and Slovak staff of international relations or marketing units of higher education institutions, decision makers on a national level and project staff. The French and German partners receive continuous feedback and fresh perspectives on their work.

Monitoring meetings are held on a regular basis throughout the life of the project to evaluate performance and progress, monitor the budget, set immediate goals, and identify tasks.
